Our goal for each and every child we photograph is to capture a range of genuine expressions in the short time we have together. We will never ask children to say cheese -we all know the 'smiley' face they make when they say cheese. Instead we spend a few moments playing, singing (badly!), entertaining and joking with them. We always aim to capture a few photos with our signature black background and also a couple more of them in the playground doing what they love best. We try to provide at least 10 unique images for every child, and deliver them in both colour and black&white.
If you have two or more children attending the centre, we will photograph both individual portraits and a few of them together. (You don't need to request this specially, we do it for all siblings!)
Due to very tight schedules and needing to photograph many children in the short time before they sleep, we can not photograph children/siblings who do not attend the centre.If you would like sibling photos including children who don't attend your centre, please contact us for more info on family sessions.
Tops that are light-coloured or bright-coloured are best.Tops with large graphics, logos, or print do not always photograph well. You can also think about a top that makes your child's eye colour pop!
If you would like your child to wear specific clothes please send them with a spare t-shirt over top to keep their photo clothes clean.
You can drop your child/ren off as normal. We often find children are much happier being photographed once they have had a little time to settle in after being dropped off for the day. This is especially true if your child is a little sad to say goodbye when they are dropped off in the morning. Please don't worry. We will photograph them later in the morning once they have settled in and are happy for the day. If your child is away for their scheduled photo day, please let us or centre staff know as soon as possible. When possible, we are happy to schedule their photos for another day we are working at your centre.
If you have registered, we will email/message you your individual gallery code as soon as we have uploaded your photos,generally 2-4 weeks after photo day.
All ordering is done online via your individual photo gallery. Galleries will remain open for 2 weeks. We have a range of individual and sibling packages available and also offer individual prints and quality artwork. Most of our products are printed/made locally here in Brisbane and are the very best quality.
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards with no surcharge. We also accept bank deposits. Our bank information will be provided at checkout. When paying via bank deposit, your digital file link will be emailed once payment is confirmed. Payment plans are available on request. If you have any trouble ordering, please let me know. Individual prints start from $20. Packages including a print of you child and a group/class print start at $35. Digital files, premium canvas, acrylic prints and framed prints are also available.
Digital files are delivered via an email link as soon as your payment has been processed. Please check your spam folder if you link doesn't arrive within a few minutes of ordering. All printed products will be delivered to your centre within 4 weeks of orders closing.If you'd prefer for your order to be posted to you, please select this option at the checkout.
