How to download digital files.

You can download all of the images in .ZIP file/s.  This should work on any computer/device but might not be as easy on mobile devices. 

1. Click on "My Account"
2. Click on "View My Orders"
   

3. Click on "Download Photos" - this can take a few minutes depending on your internet speed and how many photos you have in your gallery. Please WAIT and do not leave the screen.

4. After a minute or two you will either be prompted to save the .ZIP file or the download will begin automatically (depending on your download settings.) 
5. Depending on how many image you have you will be prompted to save more than one .ZIP file.
6. You will need to EXTRACT/UNZIP the folder/s.  Most devices come with the ability to do this.  If not, there is free unzip software available to download from the internet.
